Discharge Rubber Hose
Discharge rubber hoses are mainly installed on the main pipelines of dredgers and are widely used in dredging projects. They are designed for transporting mixtures of water, slurry, and sand.
Suction Rubber Hose
Suction rubber hoses are mainly used on the TSHD or the CSD for dredging sand and slurry. They can with stand not only positive but also negative pressure , making them essential rubber hoses for dredgers.
Floating Rubber Hose
Floating rubber hoses are equipped with foam floats, and used together with dredgers, allowing them to float on the water surface. Each pipe connects to the next, forming a self-floating discharge dredging pipeline.
HDPE Pipe
HDPE pipe is made from high-density polyethylene, featuring light weight and easy installation. In dredging project, they are commonly combined with floats and rubber hoses to form a dredging discharge system.
PE Float
PE float is a waterborne floating device made primarily of MDPE, filled with polyurethane foam or EPS material inside, providing buoyancy for HDPE pipes.
Pipe Float
Pipe float is made from steel, PE foam, and natural rubber. It can be installed onto steel pipes to provide buoyancy for them, ensuring they stay stable and balanced on the water.
Jet Water Rubber Hose
Jet water hoses are commonly used on TSHD to deliver fresh water or seawater under high pressure. They feature high pressure resistance, good flexibility and sufficient stiffness.
Expansion Joint
The expansion joint is mainly used on dredgers to connect the dredge pump with the pipeline. It provides vibration damping, thereby extending the service life of the pipeline and equipment.

Our daily output reaches 3 to 4 floating hoses and 10 rubber sleeves. This makes us the largest producer in this field in China.
