To ensure each PE Float meets the required performance and safety standards, a series of strict inspections and tests are carried out throughout the production process:

Visual inspection: The surface shall be free from cracks, bubbles, dents, and deformation; color shall be uniform with no visible impurities.

Dimensional accuracy: Outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, and mold seam deviation shall meet specifications to ensure proper pipe matching.

Structural integrity: Verify the position, quantity, and strength of clamp-type bolt holes; ensure sealing performance after assembly.
2. Physical Performance Testing

Density and buoyancy: Material density (typically 0.94–0.96 g/cm³), buoyancy per unit volume, and buoyancy attenuation rate after long-term immersion (generally ≤ 5%).

Water absorption: Mass variation rate after 24h/72h immersion (typically ≤ 0.5%).
- Dimensional stability: Dimensional change rate after high and low temperature cycling to prevent failure caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
